China Communist allow the ideas of basic income to be implement, but at first it lack the incentive for people to strike for better life.
They have correct this through 20 years of evolution, but don't have wealth tax, to cap the housing price and individual wealth to skyrocketing,

The one belt one road is China exposing it extra capacity to the world, to better the world. The debt incured be a safety net of china, to obtain resources from the world. Although suspect of ulterior motive, to colonized seem apparent.
Perhaps China should used their extra capacities in infrastructure to upgrade US infrastructure, to stop US tariff on china goods.
